The mills is producing blended yarn in 52:48 and 65:35 blending ratios in 12/s. 14/s, 16/s, 18/s, 20/s, 24/s, 24/s, 26/s, 30/s and 40/s counts. The mills is also producing CVC (45:55) blend in mentioned counts. The machinery is continuously modernized to meet the emerging challenges of market. The mills is equipped with a highly modernized laboratory to maintain excellent quality standards.
J. K. Fibre Mills Ltd
J. K. Fibre Mills Ltd is the second spinning project of the group consisting of two spinning units, known as J. K. 1 and J. K. 2. J. K. 1 commenced its commercial operation in 1992 as a public limited company with installed capacity of 21120 spindles. The mills is an excellent blend of Japanese, United Kingdom and Chinese machinery.

To cater for the rising demand of high quality standard yarn J. K. 2 second spinning unit, started its production in 1994. The total number of spindles in this spinning unit are 22176. The machinery of the mills is state of art to produce excellent quality of yarn with a huge demand in local as well as international market.

J. K. Sons (Pvt.) Ltd., and Fine Fabrics (Pvt.) Ltd., are part of fabric division of J. K. Group. These companies are exporting woven fabrics and made ups in 100% Cotton and Poly Cotton. The companies are exporting fabrics in Greige, Dyed, Bleached and Print shape weaved on Power, Auto, Sulzer, and Air Jet looms. Apart from the routine fabric articles like Sheeting & Pocketing, the companies are also exporting Twill, Drill, Duck, Flannel, Percale and Sateen in T.200 and T.300 qualities. The companies hold substantial quotas in all major categories for Europe and USA. The companies are also in to the export of value added items like home textiles for quality conscious costumers. The annual turnover of the company is worth US $.35,000 million.
